Saidu Hamza is currently the Chairman of Yobe Investment Company Limited and Chairman of the Interim Management Committee overseeing the affairs of the Company.
Mr. Saidu completed his early education at Sabongari Primary School and Government Day Secondary School both in Potiskum in 1979 and 1985. He obtained a bachelors and Masters Degrees in accounting from Bayero University Kano and University of Lagos in 1989 and 1993 respectively.
His working experience span from (University of Maiduguri for 9 years as Lecturer II. Yobe Investment Co. Ltd. for 6 years as Principal Manager in charge of Investment promotion & Capital Market, and 12 years in Yobe Investment & Securities Ltd. As Managing Director/CEO and Chie Dealer.
Mr. Saidu is an Associate Chartered Stock Broker and Authorized Dealing Clerk of the Nigerian Shock Exchange. As a Capital Market Operator, he handled large volume transactions successfully such as divestment of State and Local Government shares and packaging of ₦2.5 billion Yobe Revenue Bond, etc.
In terms of compliance with regulatory standards Mr. Saidu won the Corporate Citizen Award of the Corporate Affairs Commission in 2015. Under Chairmanship, Yobe Investment Co. Ltd which hitherto depended largely on grant from the State for payment of staff salaries and operating experiences was fully revitalized and became the major contributor to Yobe State IGR.
Mr. Saidu attended a numerous workshops and seminars locally and internationally and is married with children.

Alhaji Saboli Mohammed Gwio was born on the 12th of February 1958. He attended the Ahmadu Bellow University Zaria where he obtained his LL.B (Hons) in 1985. He went to the Nigerian Law School Lagos and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1986. He did his National Service at Abeokuta in 1987.
Mr. Saboli joined the then Borno State Civil Service in 1987 as a State Counsel in the State Ministry of Justice. When Yobe State was created in 1991, his service was transferred to Yobe State Civil Service and served as Senior State Counsel in the Ministry of Justice in 1991. He was posted to Yobe State House of Assembly as the Acting Director Legal Drafting. He was later moved to the Yobe Investment Company as Manager Legal at the Legal Department of the Company. Saboli Mohammed was again posted to the State Housing and Property Development Corporation as Secretary Legal Adviser.
In 1999 Mr. Saboli was appointed Deputy Permanent Secretary/Solicitor General in the Ministry of Justice. He was later moved to the Governor's Office as the Deputy Permanent Secretary (Parastatals Department). When the office nomenclature of the Deputy Permanent Secretary was abolished in State Civil Service, he was posted to the State Ministry of Justice as the Director Legal Drafting. He was appointed as Permanent Secretary and Solicitor General, Ministry of Justice in 2017 and retired from service in 2018.
During his service he was appointed and served in State Government various important Committees which include inter alia;
- Committe on the creation of new Fourty Local Governments in Yobe State
- Commitee on the review of the State Civil Service Rules and Conditions of Service
- Committee on the review of the Salary and Allowances of the State Health Workers
- Committee for the creation of the Yobe State University
- State Government Committee for the review of the Laws of the State
- Education enlighten Committee and
- Member Interim management Committee of Yobe Investment Company Limited
Mr. Saboli has attended several courses, workshops both within and outside the country prominent among which are Legislative and Commercial Drafting Course at the Institute of Advance Legal Studies, University of Lagos and Legislative Drafting Skill Course at the Institute of Advance Legal Studies University of London.

Amina Umar Galadima joined Yobe Investment Company, Damaturu in 2019 as Deputy General Manager Investments and rose to the rank of General Manager Investment in 2013.
Upon the establishment of an Interim Management Committee for the Investment Company in 2016, Hajiya Amina was appointed Acting Head of Investments & Capital Market and is saddled with the responsibility of identifying, appraising and packaging Investment Opportunities and Proposals both for clients, the company as well as the Yobe State Government. She has training in Commodity Trading and Warehouse Receipt Financing.
Amina was a University Teacher at the University of Maiduguri between 1986 and 1989, and joined the Banking Industry and gained 15years experience in Credit Administration and Branch Management with strong financial and marketing skills. Amina gained experience in pro-poor policy development, gender mainstreaming both at the State and National levels having worked on Women's Rights in Northern Nigeria and Empowerment projects with Government and CSOs in Kano between 2005 and 2008. She has a short learning curve and her versatility has enabled her to work on DFID funded Security, Justice and Growth Programme which was a robust multi-component programme. Amina has attended several courses, seminars, workshops in Banking, Corporate Finance, Credit Administration, Transport Policy Planning and Management, Commodity Trading, Advanced Excel Package Project Appraisal, Terms of Reference (ToR) and Budgets, Contracting, and is Computer application savvy among others.

Alhaji Mele Mohamed was born on 14th April 1963 at Goniri Town and started his Primary Education at Goniri Central Primary School. Later proceed to Government Secondary School Uba, Bomo State. Attended Certificate Course at Institute of Management Studies Potiskum and attended another Certificate Course at Ramat Polytechnic Maiduguri. He also attended Diploma Course at Kaduna Polytechnic and proceeded for his Degree Programme at University of Maiduguri.
He joined the Civil Service as Clerical Assistant in the then Borno State Ministry of Health in 1985 to 1991. After the creation of Yobe State in 1991, his service was deployed to Yobe State Ministry of Health to 1994 and transferred to Ministry for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs from 1995 to 2003. Later transfer to SUBEB in 2004. He was transferred to Ministry of Finance Headquarters 2006 and retired as Acting Chief Accountant on 17th March 2020.
He was appointed Acting Head of Accounts and Audit, Interim Management Committee of Yobe Investment Company Limited in 2016 to date.
